Madrid, 8 de junio de 2022.- La obligación de declarar telemáticamente el Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas podría ser declarada ilegal. El Tribunal Supremo ha admitido a trámite el recurso de la Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales, AEDAF, contra los modelos de declaración del Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas y del Impuesto sobre el Patrimonio correspondientes al ejercicio 2018.

Córdoba, 26 de mayo de 2022.- La Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales, AEDAF, ha celebrado esta mañana la segunda jornada de la XVII edición de su Congreso Tributario, organizado junto al Consejo General del Poder Judicial, CGPJ. 

Según los expertos de AEDAF, reducir el factor de minoración del 0,9 actual al 0,8 absorbería el 14% de las transmisiones patrimoniales que aún se realizan por un precio inferior al valor de referencia, pero sin afectar a la recaudación.
