AEDAF defiende la independencia judicial como clave para la confianza en el sistema tributario

A Coruña, 8 de mayo de 2024.- La Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales, AEDAF, junto al Consejo General del Poder Judicial, CGPJ, ha inaugurado esta mañana el XVIII Congreso Tributario, en el Palacio de la Ópera.

En la inauguración del Congreso, el presidente de AEDAF ha insistido en que “la independencia judicial asegura que las decisiones se basen en la ley y en principios de justicia tributaria sin influencias externas. Esta independencia judicial es clave para mantener la confianza en el sistema tributario”.
