Informe del CGPJ al Anteproyecto de la LGT

El Pleno del Consejo General del Poder Judicial ha aprobado en su reunión de 30 de septiembre de 2014 los informes a cinco Anteproyectos de Ley, entre los que se encuentra el Anteproyecto de Ley de Modificación Parcial de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria. Dentro del mismo, conviene destacar la existencia un voto concurrente, formulado por la vocal María Concepción Sáez Rodríguez,  al informe del Anteproyecto al entender que se deberían haber incorporado una serie de precisiones.
