  • Resumen principales novedades. Trabajo elaborado por el Gabinete de Estudios respecto de la reciente publicación de la  Ley 34/2015, de 21 de septiembre, de modificación parcial de la Ley 58/2013, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria, con el objeto  de facilitar el estudio y análisis de las novedades introducidas.

  • Cuadro comparativo Ley 34/2015. Documento elaborado por el Gabinete de Estudios en relación con la Ley 34/2015, de modificación parcial de la LGT, en el que se presentan las redacciones comparadas de la normativa anteriormente vigente, la prevista por el Anteproyecto de Ley, por el Proyecto de Ley, tras su paso por el Congreso de los Diputados y por el Senado, y, finalmente, la publicada en el BOE de 22 de septiembre.

  • Cuadro resumen especialidades del régimen transitorio y entrada en vigor. Aunque la entrada en vigor de la Ley 34/2015, de reforma parcial de la LGT, se produce a los 20 de días de su publicación en el BOE, la norma contempla algunas excepciones y un amplio régimen transitorio. En el presente documento, elaborado por el Gabinete de Estudios, se recogen las especialidades del régimen transitorio previsto en la DT única de la Ley, así como las relativas a la entrada en vigor.
