RDL 19/2012

El BOE del pasado sábado 26 de mayo publica el Real Decreto Ley 19/2012, de Medidas Urgentes de Liberalización del Comercio y de Determinados Servicios.

En dicho RDL se incluye una Disposición Final en la que se modifica la Disposición Final Primera del Real Decreto Ley 12/2012, de 30 de marzo, que regula la Declaración Tributaria Especial, conocida como "Amnistía Fiscal".
